The Take 4 Film Challenge Dates: Friday 21st October - Monday 31st October

Our challenge to you is to make a 5 minute film from script to screen in under ten days!

The Ffilmic Take 4 Ten Day Film Challenge is offering all filmmakers in the UK the opportunity to participate.

It will kick off on Friday 21st October @ the Youth & Community Centre, Llanfyllin between 6.30 - 7pm.

Each team will receive at the launch night a film genre, line of dialogue and prop which must appear in your 5 minute film.

You have 10 days to script, shoot and edit your film.

All films must be delivered back to the Arts Connection officer at the Youth & Community Centre by 5pm on Monday 31st October.

Ffilmic Take 5 is free to enter and open to individuals and groups, each team entering will receive 2 free passes to the screening.

There are three categories for Film entry:

Under 12, 12 – 17, 18+

N.B. only actors can fall outside of these age limits – if you have a mixed aged crew please determine your category through the average ages of your key crew – director, camera person and editor.

Every film completed within the Ffilmic Take 5 rules will be eligible for judging. This will be based on story, production values and adherence to genre.

Selection of films will be screened at Theatr Llwyn on Saturday 19th November

Awards will also be given for the following:

  • Best Cinematography
  • Best Directing
  • Best Actor
  • Best Editing
  • Best Script

THE JUDGES DECISION WILL BE FINAL
